RAMOSMARTINEZ architects

Originally a six-story executive office building intended to provide the adjacent industrial park with additional office space a quality of which is unattainable in their large-scaled buildings.

 

Since then the developer has reduced the building for a single end-user requiring ample parking for its patients without losing any of its elegant presence along vibrant Hallandale Beach Boulevard.

 

The layout also emphasizes the internal road network with the industrial park and shares a secondary, low-speed  street with its neighbors to the west, a television station and the east, a bank and sheriff's station. There are never enough up-scale office buildings and this one proposes to be the first of many along this arterial road.
