The house is organized by the iconic shape and it defines the house's entry from street and pool courtyard and organizes the main corridor that ties the long axis of the house and doubles as an art gallery. 

A shallow and wide corner lot presents a unique opportunity  to present a commanding facade on the street and introduce the pool and backyard patio immediately upon entry. The side street provides access and storage for cars and recreational vehicles allowing for the massing of sleeping rooms and living spaces to frame the sculptural living room and entrance roof.
