Harding Apartments

An infill four-unit apartment building nestled between a historic apartment building and a recent 10-story condo across the alley. Th edesign i schallanged by the minimal footprint, the design offers the unique luxury of one single unit per floor.

The emblematic stairs of te existing building is the insperation for the exterior stair tower leading to the roof terrace.
